No Netflux or Sky Sports

Help.  Moved to VM and they still haven’t sent me an email link to get into Netflix.  
I cannot use sky sports either. 
absolutely useless.   Wish I had stayed with Sky.

  • I’ve had a similar problem.  They days they round resolve it and put tgruugh an extra payment of £18.99 when Netflix is already included in my package.

      Sorry typos!   They said they had resolved it 

  • I spoke to virgin media because my tv was telling me i needed to make a Netflix payment to continue.   Was told it would be resolved but all they’ve done is take another £18.99 from me.   Not happy with the service so far.
