No Netflix access

I seem to have joined the many Virgin Media subscribers who have been signed up for Netflix as an inclusive part of their package, but can’t access it. I have tried the customer services twice and each time the representative has tried for 30 minutes to connect me to Netflix but failed. Each time they have ended the call with a promise of an access code which has not materialised. I see that I am far from alone in this and suggest that it is a situation that BBC Watchdog would be happy to follow up on our behalf. I will be contacting them, and if anyone would like to add weight to my request for them to look into it, then their email address is watchdog@bbc.co.uk
