No Netflix access
Hi, I've recently moved from Sky to Virgin on a package that includes Netflix. Had no problems accessing it until today . It seems I've still been able to access netflix because of my sky account but now that's finished I can't get in so my account with them doesn't appear to have been transferred over to virgin . Any ideas what I need to do ? Thanks.
