No longer recommend Virgin Media after contract renewal
Been with Virgin media for 20 years, When it was NTL. Always renewed my contact over the phone and been good. Now they switched it up making it almost impossible speak to someone over the phone. Always going back to the App and ending the call. my contact was over and my bill doubled. So i did it over the App. how they phase the bill make it seem like my first bill will be high because of the new modem etc but no, my bill has over doubled what i was paying before and because its over the 15 days im stuck paying it for almost 2 years. What a scam. How can I tell if my bill is wrong in 15 days? you take it each month. They will not and cannot change nothing. my bill has just magically doubled like it did when I was out of contact, but renewing my contact just increased my bill.. I pay £71 a month just for broadband. Nothing else. No phone or tv. What a scam. New customers like people i've recommended they pay £38 a month. me. almost double..
Virgin media need realize the best advertising it word of mouth. i've recommended over 30 people to you and its my mission now to get them all switch like I will in 2 years. I wouldn't recommend joining. they will scam you in a sneaky contact. Again i've been with them 20 years and know all the small print and little things. Never would I think i could fall into this scam. And they tell me over the phone if I dont pay it will be passed to a debt collection.
