No Customer Number

Hello,

I am a new customer and have not been sent my customer number or area reference number. I have tried logging into my account however I cannot do this without my account number. I have tried phoning the support number but need an account number to access the support there too. How do I go about getting my account number? All I have is an order reference and my email address.
