No Account Number or Welcome Email

Hello.

I recently took out an order on Monday to join virgin media services.

This was all done over the phone and I was not asked to provide an email address. As a result I have not received a welcome email and obviously don't have my first bill yet which means I don't know my account number / details.

I want to track where my kit is as it is supposed to be delivered today but I have not received any texts to confirm this! Without knowing my account number I'm unable to call for help or even set up an online account or the app to check where my order is. Very frustrating and any help would be much appriciated.

    Sorry to hear you're still awaiting the account welcome details and information around your order, we appreciate you raising this via the forums.

     

    I will send you a Private Message, please keep an eye out in the top right when signed into the forums for the envelope. This is where you will be able to find my Private Message and be able to respond.

  • Hi I’m also facing the same issue I don’t have an account number or any bills. I moved into a new build property with the box already installed but I need my broadband set up.

      The time taken to receive these details depends on when and how far progressed your order is, if it is recent we'd recommend calling the Sales Team on 0800 183 1234 for an update on this.
