No account number or welcome email.

Signed up last night. I've received an email with some order documents on, but these do not contain the necessary account number or area reference to create an online account.

Furthermore, the text sent out asking for information prior to the installation is completely incorrect. There is no 'Chat to us now' option, and the 'Tell us about your property' button, doesn't work, on mobile or PC.

This isn't a great start...
