No account number email
hi,
I have received my pre contract documents via email a few days ago but I still haven’t received my account number this means I can’t login online and manage my installation

Sorry to see you are having issues with finding your account number 😞
You can find this on your pre-contract information we have sent out, this should be on both information and Summary sheets of the contract.
However you wanted to change or amend your pre-installation then you would have to give our team a call on 👉 0800 052 1734.
Let us know how you get on.
I have looked at the information and summary sheet files I have been sent both the customer account number and customer area reference feilds are blank the only number on it is the contract information sheet number
