New customer netflix

Have just joined virgin and already beginning to regret it. Was told by the salesman I would get netflix as part of the deal. Had everything installed but still no netflix. Impossible to contact virgin what's going on with this provider

    Sorry to hear of your concerns regarding Netflix. 

    We are aware of an issue at the moment affecting the apps. Some apps like BBC iPlayer, Netflix and YouTube may be unavailable at the moment. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

    You can double-check if Netflix was a part of your package on your contract through your Virgin Media online account. This would show on both your Contract Summary Sheet and Information sheet as inclusive with your package.

      I have since this post spoken to vm who have advised my contract does not include netflix despite being told by the salesman it would be and I was further advised that my account had not been accredited £150 promotional offer. I can't believe the problems I have had with this company in such a short period of time (2 weeks) seriously looking at changing back to sky.

  • My interaction with virgin started end of february when i first took out a contract which for reasons VM can't explain was cancelled hence the second contract which started on 14th April although installation occurred on 9th April.
