New Contract Renewal Email
How long does it usually take for a new contract email to come through to know it's been actioned?
Basically my package is due to end this week (31/07/24 - already arranged cancellation) now I rang up one last time to see if they had any offers that could convince me to stay.
I firstly rang 0345 454 1111 and got through to a gentleman who offered me a 'deal' but it still wasn't low enough so he eventually put me through to retentions where I spoke to a lovely lady who managed to find a me a deal that would keep my same package (including TNT) for a price I was happy with.
However the email she said that I would receive has yet to come through and as of yet there is no update on my account when I log in that shows these changes.
How do I know that this has been done and that I won't be cut off on Thursday when my package has ended?
