We're sorry to hear you've not heard anything since November. When a new contract is applied, there will usually be an issue with account. Due to the time that's passed, we wouldn't be able to back date an offer that far. Going forward, please ensure that you're checking your bills monthly and if there is an issue, reach out to us so we can help.
We will be able to check the account and look at a new package review but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
