New cable installed OVERGROUND and is sticking up and over the public pavement?

Hi,

Been having intermittent signal for over 18 months now, eventually VM found these connection issues on their system.
VM come round and find damage to cable where it leaves the catv JB in public pavement before going underground to house entry point.
So, they splice in and add an overground cable that runs in the border with adjacent property, cable was not long enough so it is 'tight' and is airborne!!

I have pictures of this but as a newbie not sure how to upload?

    When you are replying to a post, use the camera icon in the toolbar below the message box to add your pic(s).

    When you hit the reply button they will be uploaded but there may be a delay before they appear on the public forum as they need to be approved by moderators before being shown in the public topic.
