I've started a new account and a free add on was Netflix. I therefore have cancelled my private subscription to the platform and cannot find a way of starting the veirgin sponsored Netflix account. Should I have been sent an email???
Is Netflix in your written contract? BTW on VM the default Netflix is with ads. You have to pay extra for without ads.

So yes, you should get an activation email for Netflix within the first month of your service, around the time of your first bill being generated, thanks for your patience for this in the meantime.
