Netflix

I have recently changed my package. The original package included Neflix Standard as an add-on.

When I received my new contract it included Netflix Standard plus adverts.  To continue with my advert free Netflix Virgin want an additional £7.00 per month.  Virgin are saying they mentioned it in our telephone conversation.  I picked it up when I received my contract.   This appears to be another example of Virgin clouding the real cost of their offers.   The removal of TNT from renewal packages come to mind

    Pulling the call recordings should be an easy resolution to this query, I should imagine. Proving your query one way or the other.
