Netflix

I have been paying twice for my Netflix, once through my virgin package and through Netflix direct.  Everytime I cancel  my account through them I lose my access.  I have spent most of the last hour trying to sort it out but to no avail, does anyone have any ideas?

    Sorry to hear about these issues with your Netflix billing and then subsequent access. We'd need to take a closer look at the account to see what's happening and help get this sorted for you.
