Netflix

Can support advise me please

  1. Does Netflix cancel too Sunday when my contract finishes.  I don't want it to continue.  (It was part of max package).
  2. Who do you use to send kit back and does packaging come via royal mail.  Via phone One said yodel someone else said someone I've never heard of.
  3. 90 days from disconnection for emails from Sunday 18th as per contractual agreement.

May I take this opportunity to thank all the virgin media heirarchy for not giving a sh.t. For treating loyal customers with disdain and pure contempt.  Also enjoy your 18 month newbies that will bu..er off in 18 months for two years then come back (ooooh think of all that juicy revenue you're going to lose from us who haven't 'bounced back' for nearly 30 years).  (Send Branson an email with my logical thoughts he may wake up and smell the coffee)!!

    I would assume if Netflix was in your Contract, that will cease along with everything else.  Returns packing should be supplied by VM.

    Lots of people leave and return to VM, and leave again.  It's all part of the churn of the business and to be expected. 

    If you are a long time VM user, you may be using a VM supplied mailbox, so note this could (will) be deleted 90 days after you leave as per the T&C's.

    Branson has nothing to do with VM.

      Yeah thanks know about Branson ta just being daft!   Dunno why they play the stupid game tbh, especially as that much competition now when just used to be sky and them.  Just wondered if it wd be yodel and sent by RM in post re packaging.  Cheers though for clarifying 90days some people say they do it when they feel like it.
