Netflix

I received an email from VM informing me that my Netflix account was being suspended.  Netflix is included in my package. Have made phone calls and completed a complaint form. I have been told my query has been passed to the back office team. After waiting a number of weeks I have tried to log back into Netflix but they are wanting payment.  I am at a loss what to do next
