Netflix

Hi been on the phone 1 1/2hrs today to explain I was getting charged for Netflix, she told me to go in to entertainment in MV and change it to Netflix with ads . All day I’ve tried and all I get is there is a technical error . Surely this can not go all day . This is getting to be a joke now . Thanks Garry

    Sorry to hear of the package issues with Netflix, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums and welcome to the community.

    Is the issue Netflix shouldn't be on the account or that the wrong tier of Netflix is on the account? If you log into your online account and navigate to your package details. In there you should see subscriptions and you can then manage the tier of your Netflix subscription.

    If you wish to cancel it altogether you would need to log into your Netflix account directly via their site to cancel this, it can't be done via your online account.
