Netflix

I’ve just had a new contra t where I’ve had Netflix added but when I sign up to the app it saying to start paid membership will be added to my billing, how does this work as I don’t want it to add money to my account

    What does your contract say, that you signed up to? 

    There is a price difference between Netflix with and without ads. VM often fail to specify which is included.

      No hasn’t been resolved after speaking to them on Tuesday I was told I would get a link today 17th January rot access it.

      i had an email on Tuesday saying to add Netflix click link and sign up on the Netflix site which then gives plan options with costs , I was told don’t do this as I should be getting Netflix through my account with costs included, so confused
