Netflix Upgrade

I got a call from the win back team and decided to stick with VM albeit at a higher price and no TNT sports :(

I was told that it would be the same package minus TNT, however in the contract I see it says Netflix standard with ads.

I pointed this out to the agent, and was advised that the way Netflix do things is to give the standard with ads, and everything else you have to pay extra for ( I get it, like how else if NFLX going to maintain its $1200 share price?)

I cannot find a way to upgrade this back to premium.

Does anyone know how much this would be?

    Thank you for your post. We're sorry to hear you're having issue upgrading your Netlix account. 

    You would need to do this either via your online account or through Netflix itself. 

    Have you tried these options?
