Netflix Suspended
On my Entertainment Services page, it says that Netflix is suspended.
When I try to use Netflix, I get the following message:
“Please contact your provider to start watching again.
Virgin Media has put your Netflix subscription on a temporary hold.
Please contact them directly so you can get back to enjoying Netflix.”
I’ve already contacted Virgin Media via live chat. They told me there are no issues on their end, confirmed that Netflix is active, and said they’d raise a technical ticket and email me — but I haven’t heard anything since.
It’s been suspended since Friday, and I’m still waiting for it to reactivate. What else can I do?
