Netflix scam
Hi there everybody this is my first post so the past two months I have been charged for Netflix through Virgin Media that costs me £17.99 each month on top of my original bill was come to over £60 each month I called up Netflix and they wasn't really that interested happy to take the money but not happy to help they said I did not have an account what I try to tell them before talking to them but still ask for my email address what I gave them I spoke to Virgin Media last month and they said they would investigated and would take 10 days it got removed off the account but was still charged and then the same again the following month the Netflix was back on and when I spoke to Virgin Media again they said it would be resolved in 10 days and told me I've got to speak to Netflix and I told Virgin Media how could our talk to Netflix if I haven't gotten account with them and now I'm getting **bleep** off with this I've got a feeling that somebody has made up a Netflix account and is now paying through Virgin Media for something that's I did not even sign up for very frustrating.
