Someone in the house signed up to netflix without permission, I already have a account but someone charged it to virgin.
I need to cancel this, netflix have done it their end, but apparently virgin need to do it as well,
Is this something they will do easily .. I can't be doing with a arguement!

Sorry to hear of the unauthorised Netflix subscription on your Virgin Media services.
We would need to advise that it would simply be a case of cancelling the subscription with Netflix, without Virgin Media needing to cancel anything on our side.
If however Virgin Media is issued a charge for this service from Netflix, this will be passed on to the account holder for the Virgin Media services on the next bill that is produced and would be deemed a valid charge.
