Netflix Hacked

Hi,

My Netflix account email has been changed by a hacker and I can`t change it back as my original one associated with my account is no longer recognized.

I have spoken to Netflix and because Netflix is part of my Virgin package they have advised me to speak to Virgin.

Could someone contact me about this please.
