Netflix charging me for service already being paid for separately by my partner

Hello. 
In August 2024 I received two new remote controls from Virgin and was asked to update my boxes via a download. This was completed successfully, although one box subsequently failed shortly afterwards. 

After logging back into all my services, Virgin began charging me for Netflix Premium, something they are already charging my partner for.

Virgin have refunded me up to February but are telling me that Netflix are automatically billing me through Virgin. The Netflix account is not in my name and I have never used it. It has not been accessed via my Virgin boxes since the replacement box was installed. Basic Netflix is part of my package and Virgin tell me that I cannot delete it. 

Please can someone advise how to stop the charge to my Virgin account

 


Please can someone advise me how to get out of this nightmare without having to leave Virgin altogether?
