Netflix charges!!
Hi all, I have a package where Netflix is included and been the same price for the previous 12 months. For the last 3 months I've been charged an extra fee for Netflix. I contacted virgin media last month who said its an error they're trying to sort out and they would credit my account.
No credit received and I've been charged again this month!!
Has anyone else had these charges and sorted their account out.
