Netflix charges and switching credit
In August I signed up to a "M350 Full Fibre Broadband / Mega TV / Stream Box" 18 month contract which included "Netflix standard" for FREE, it went live on the 23rd September.
I have just received my first bill and to my surprise I am been charged for "Netflix", also the sales representative said as I was cancelling my contract with "TalkTalk" and switching to "Virgin Media", I would get £90 compensation.
I have tried contacting "Customer Service" via phone and text, but keep getting passed round in a circle or cut off.
Please can any one help as I am becoming quickly disillusioned with "Virgin Media"! ☹️
