Netflix charge

Just joined Virgin I was supposed to have Netflix included in my package but seem to have had a payment taken from my bank account for it ?? Also being asked to set up an account when I try to access the channel Who can I get to sort out the refund ? And will setting up an account trigger more payments

    We're sorry to hear you've been charged for Netflix. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
