Netflix Account Issues

Since moving home in February of this year our Netflix was disconnected from our virgin media account.

We have raised a complaint about this as for the last 6 months we have had to pay for Netflix on top of our Virgin Media Volt bundle charges. This has still not been resolved.

Has anything else been able to resolve this issue and re-link our Netflix account to our Virgin Media account.

    What happens when you come to here to activate your Netflix account? 

    You click on that link and you should see Netflix.

    Please remember the Netflix email login has to be the same as your account is registered under, so for example if your private one is using this same email, cancel that account and then try to activate it.

      Hello,

      Apologies, I have just seen the reply.

       

      The link takes me to a link for the My Virgin Media app.

      I already have this installed on my phone and I cannot see a Netflix on the app.

      Are you able to provide further support?

        Sorry to hear of the issues you've had with Netflix via ourselves. And for any inconvenience this may be causing.  I can see that you're currently liaising with my colleague Akua on another thread. Even though it's a different subject, if you raise this with her, she will be able to assist.  I will therefore leave you in her very capable hands.
