Hope this is the correct place. I am on a new package that comes with with free Netflix with ads. I already have Netflix with the without ads version. I'd like to merge the two accounts. If I can what will I pay for the ad free version with Virgin.

Problem is when I try to redeem free netflix I'm told there is a fault try later! Thats email link and via link on my account.

So do I have to cancel my Netflix account, set up with ads for free and then upgrade to ad free for £7.? Sadly trying to ad netflix, virgin package page says "Sorry, something’s gone wrong! We’re having some technical issues. Please try again later."
Any ideas?

Forum TeamPlease can you orginal Netflix deal and then try and set this up with Virgin.
If you are using the same emails for both accounts currently this could be why you are getting this issue.

You Netflix login for Virgin Media will be the same one you used to sign up with and use for your online account.
You would need to cancel the paid one if you want to use the free service.

If I go to the following netflix page https://www.netflix.com/ChangePlan using my browser I see the following screen which shows I can add both Standard netflix for an additional £7 a month, or Premium for an extra £13 a month.
