Need help speaking with somone in UK regarding my fathers account (he has dementia)
Please somehow help, I really need to speak with someone in the UK regarding this issue. It was possible last year - but doesnt seem to be this year :(

Can someone please help me! Im in desperate need to speak to someone in the UK relating to my father's account. He has dementia and so I need to deal with his account. Last year I managed to get through to someone in the UK, but this year it's proving impossible :(
