Need an email copy of latest bill to change myvirgin media password

i can't seem to be able to reset my password for My Virgin Media - When I click Reset Password and put my @blueyonder.co.uk email in it says the following

I can still send and recieve email just fine...

Can I have a copy of the latest bill by email then I can go ahead with the other password reset function?
