Name spelt wrong
Hi, anyone know how to get your name changed if a letter is missing?
i know the form is for changing your whole name but its only one letter
any advice would be great

I also have the same issue. I signed up online and my name was correct. Since the contract has produced my name has a letter missing off the end.

In order to help correct this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

I have the same issue. When setting up my virgin media, all was spelled correctly. When I log into my account it says my account holder name is Jaime-Leig Martin but it is spelled Jaime-Leigh.

Sorry to hear about the incorrect name showing though your online account.
Once you're signed in, go to settings, Your account, change your details.

Hello, it wont let me change it. It will only let me change my email, telephone password and normal password.

That is unusual, the option should be there. Is there a different page you can try?
