My Virgin Issue Is known Issue to VM Team

Just got off the phone. If anyone is having issues signing up or anything with my Virgin account, it’s a known issue to the team. I asked them for a timeframe, but they couldn’t give me one.

    There are issues affecting some customers with the sign-in process, but can you advise what issues you're having?
