My email was email was entered incorrectly during referral.

Hello, my aunt recently referred me to virgin media. When my details were being wrote down, my email was typed in incorrectly so I don’t receive emails at all. Can I have my email changed/updated to the correct one so I can get emails for when my bill is ready and also receive my account number so I can register an account.
