My Bill is in Credit - Refund Please
We have noticed that our account is hundreds of pounds in credit. Can you please tell me how to receive that as a refund, thanks.

Credit is only refunded by cheque after cancelling.

If you are in credit this will be used on the account we wouldn't refund credits back to your bank account sorry.
