Moving home and landlord won't allow installation - can I cancel without early exit fees?

Hello— I am moving to a new flat where the landlord won't allow installation of Virgin. I am in contract, having renewed the agreement not planning on the move. Can I cancel my contract without early exit fees, given that the homeowner will not provide permission and this is very reasonably outside of my control?
