Moved house and Virgin broadband not available in my area

I recently moved house to an area which isn't covered by Virgin broadband so I need to cancel/close my broadband package. I have read that I won't incur a cancellation fee due to these circumstances?

My work hours don't really allow me to use the live chat, so I was wondering if I could get any help here.

    Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, hope you have kept well, when moving to a none serviceable property we 

     will initially  charge early disconnection fees which will remain chargeable subject to providing evidence that you have moved to a property we are currently unable to service, once the evidence has been verified we would then provide a credit to cover the fees.
