Hello,
I joined VM in Dec 2023 with an 18 month contract due to end Jun 2025. I moved house in Dec 2024 and moved all services across with no changes. I've noticed today that the 18 months have started again and it is now due to end in Jun 2026. This wasn't agreed upon and I was assured the original contract length would remain.
Please can someone get in touch or resolve this directly?

I have the same issue. I logged in to check my contract as my bill is going up £32 after this month and my 18 month contract restarted in October, when I moved, where this should be the last month. I was assured that my contract would carry over as there was no way I would have agreed to a new 18 month contract knowing that 12 of those months would be over double the price!
