Messages about returned kit

I returned my virgin kit weeks ago and have receipts from Yodel. I keep getting messages saying I will be charged for not returning it. I cannot contact anyone who can manage my account and remove this charge. Yodel have lost the parcel and I don’t see why I should pay for this.

    AFAIK, VM only scan returns to the depot in large batches, and not every day.  So your parcel could well be delivered?  As long as you have proof that you used Yodel and have the receipt, you shouldn't have to pay anything?
