Lost TNT, now lost Eurosport - feeling conned

Feeling conned by VM. I had the Maxit (all channels) package that renewed late last Sept. TNT was part of that package and advertised as such, once renewed (numerous issues with that), TNT was no longer part of it. I watch the cycling and skiing on Eurosport and now find out we don't have Eurosport anymore and skiing for certain is on TNT.  So basically I renewed with TNT and Eurosport being part of my package and now I have neither!  

I see others talking about an email.  I don't seem to have received one at all.

Not particularly happy!

    We're sorry to hear you feel this way. We understand the frustration however the decision to close the channels and move Eurosport content to TNT Sports was made by the channel provider. 

    Virgin TV customers can access Eurosport content by subscribing to TNT Sports, which is included in selected Virgin Media packages or can be added for £18 per month. You can get in touch with us directly if you would like to discuss subscribing to TNT Sports and we will be happy to help, or you can subscribe via your Virgin TV box.

  • Feel your pain. Same happened to me. In fact VM removed TNT sports from my package last summer without informing me i would rely on it for cycling come Feb 2025

    Now i have neither TNT or Eurosport. What a con. The customer service and even on these forums just ignore the issue and merely wheel out the usual sales pitch to extract more money from us....this is not fair.

      Sorry to hear about you losing TNT Sports with little notice given
      I’d like to investigate this for you and look at the possibility of getting this added back on for you.
