Hi Curlyhairdo
Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
Sorry to hear of the TNT channel loss.
Back in June 2024, we did a review of this and sent all customers who were either very low users/no users of the channel a few emails, explaining that due to this, this channel set would be removed from the package but did advise if they disagreed with the decision to get in touch.
The main body of the email is here;
Hello
We wanted to let you know that we’re making a change to the way we provide TNT Sports channels in order to continue to provide the best value entertainment packages for our customers. We’ve noticed that you haven’t viewed these channels in the last 6 months, and therefore we’re removing automatic access to them from 30th June 2024. Don’t worry, nothing else is changing. If you wish to re-activate TNT Sports, you can click here for more information.
Thanks
The Virgin Media teamWe will send you a PM though to investigate further.

Hi, I’ve never received this email and angry I’m paying the same fee and have been but not receiving the same channels. My monthly payment should have gone down in line with this. How can I complain, get a refund and reduce my payment in line with having less channels?

VM haven't reduced the price of the package to anyone no longer getting the channels. What is more, due to a decision by the channel owners you now have to pay £18 a month to add them to any current package.
