Lost BT Sports and TNT sport
I’ve lost BT Sports and TNT sports on renewal part way through my contract yet I’m still paying the same price as I did when I had it… how do I get this back or a refund?

Hi, I’ve never received this email and angry I’m paying the same fee and have been but not receiving the same channels. My monthly payment should have gone down in line with this. How can I complain, get a refund and reduce my payment in line with having less channels?

VM haven't reduced the price of the package to anyone no longer getting the channels. What is more, due to a decision by the channel owners you now have to pay £18 a month to add them to any current package.
