Login page loop

I am trying to sign in to my account and find myself in a loop.  I enter my e mail address, it thinks about it, the screen goes blank and then I get returned to the start.

I was able to login last week.  Nothing has changed my end - same browser etc.

I have tried clearing my browser data.  Turning it on and off again.  But nothing seems to work.

  • Same happening to me.  Again. This happened two weeks ago,  a week after the whole internet in my region was down for nearly 24 hours.  And Virgin date to promote their black friday offers.  This last month has been awful for service  from them & I will be looking for a new provider next year once my contract expires if things don't approve.

    The same thing is happening to me when I try to log in to my emails. I just get the Black Friday Deals web page. Can anyone help

  • Tried Firefox, Chrome, Opera on PC.

    All same problem. 

    Tried Chrome on Android phone

  • Same thing happening for me. I tried contacting them via Whatsapp, as I really don't want to call them, but I just get asked the same questions and then get told to call.

    Think I have the same problem as when I try to log in to my emails I just get sent to the Black Friday Deals web page

  • Seems to be working (for me) now. Had to get a 'verify' link sent to another email address to be able to login though

    Sorry to hear of your concerns with accessing your Virgin Media online account.
    Do you have the option on this page to create your Virgin Media O2 ID, or have you already registered for this?  
    If not, then you do need to register for this to access the Virgin Media apps and other features such as Virgin TVGO or Sky Sports. 

    Are you able to see if you get the same issue on another device?

    If you haven't tried already, do you get the same issue with the Virgin Media app, rather than the browser?

      I am registered for the ID.  I have tried on several different browsers and two different computers.  I also get this issue on the app too.

    I had this problem.  Went into Google Password manager.  Deleted the passkey for Virgin.  Problem went away
