Login error with O2 authentication

Hello

i used an old work email as my login the virgin and now can’t login as the email address has been deleted. I left that company years ago. I logged a call with virgin support 3 weeks ago and they have made no progress resolving my problem. 
Basically I can’t unlink the old email address from my account. Can you help with this please

    As this is a Community Forum, and not a direct line to VM as such, it will take a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.  Hopefully it can be resolved without problems.

  • Thanks for your reply but after after various messages with you my fault is still not resolved. I was hoping to get someone technical to help me but I was mistaken.

    virgin used to be a decent company to deal with, they treat long established customers with no respect and each merger/ takeover results in terrible customer service.  Already looking to see when the best move away is.

  • The fault is not resolved, no one has been in touch about the fault. Shocking service with no idea when it will be fixed.
