Log in and strange charge
Hi,
I have a charge showing on my bank statement from VM that appears to be from a mobile phone that should be paid for by now. Unfortunately, even though VMo2 says I have verified my password, I cannot log in because every time I try, I am told my password is not verified, so I have two problems.
Please help.

I couldn't get into the VMo2 site. Every time, my password was not verified, even though my email was.
Four browsers later and many attempts, including entering emailed codes, linking my account etc and I finally got the advice I could not be logged in and try another device. In desperation, and though I had already exhausted my login attempts on the app, I tried the O2 app again, where once more my password was not verified, so I used my email address and finally got in. I chose the fingerprint option and now get in straight away.
About an hour's work.
All's well that ends well I guess, though I don't have the patience I used to have for running in circles, nor the eyesight.
