Linking account to VM O2 id

It seems Virgin are incapable of solving the ongoing issue of linking the VM account to the VM O2 id. (for existing customers)

The sad thing is that I have no issues with my broadband, just the inability to access my Virgin Media account.

Time I think to look for another broadband provider. Well, one who takes customer service seriously, at least.
