We're sorry to hear there has been some confusion with your bills. Whilst the account is active, the billing would continue as normal. Once the account is disconnected though, a final bill is usually generated with pro-rate credits for anytime you've been billed after the disconnection date.
This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
