Left Virgin

I paid virgin my monthly fee on the 5th of February, by the 14th I had moved to the new provider who bought the virgin contract out. Virgin are billing me for another month plus they want £136 for release from my contract again. If I stop the direct debit, will virgin just send me a bill?.

      We're sorry to hear there has been some confusion with your bills. Whilst the account is active, the billing would continue as normal. Once the account is disconnected though, a final bill is usually generated with pro-rate credits for anytime you've been billed after the disconnection date. 

      This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
