Left on November 6, Still getting new bills and being told I've not paid

Hi.  As title says

I left Virgin at the start of November last year Via the one touch switch system to BRSK.  Paid what I took to be a final bill on the 19th of November and now I am getting emails and texts telling me I have not paid for December and here's another bill for January and I now have charges put on my account etc.

 

Above is the confirmation from BRSK that the ots switch was successful and completed.  So as you can imagine I am very confused about why I am getting chased when I am no longer a customer.

I tried logging into my virgin account but its not recognizing my credentials anymore.

 

Any customer service agents on this forum who can rectify this, because obviously I am not about to continue paying for a service that I have left.  Also my understanding is that virgin should send some packaging to my address to put the old equipment in for return

  • I am also very interested in your dance with VM ... as I will be switching after my contract has expired and will be sailing my internet ship on the same waters as you are right now ... and its either EE or BRSK who will get my business ... for me the CS lied to me when renewing my contract and I pay now more than agreed .. the VM service is excellent though but getting costly ... so good luck 😁.. keep us all informed 👌...Alb

      No response, other than a virgin automatic phone call where the options were pay the bill, or receive an SMS to pay the bill 

      Any virgin staff on here able to address this? 

  • They also have kept billing me and telling me I owe them money even though I left them on the 6th of November.  did put my own thread up about this but got no response from anyone

      Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your former account with us. We're not able to find the thread that you started, are you able to provide the link? Did you speak to the team to raise your cancellation request for November?

        Unless I am seeing something wrong here, you are in the thread I started ?

        As I said in my post I switched via one touch switch and have checked with brsk and they have confirmed it did go through successfully, so no I haven't spoken to anyone
