Left on November 6, Still getting new bills and being told I've not paid
Hi. As title says
I left Virgin at the start of November last year Via the one touch switch system to BRSK. Paid what I took to be a final bill on the 19th of November and now I am getting emails and texts telling me I have not paid for December and here's another bill for January and I now have charges put on my account etc.
Above is the confirmation from BRSK that the ots switch was successful and completed. So as you can imagine I am very confused about why I am getting chased when I am no longer a customer.
I tried logging into my virgin account but its not recognizing my credentials anymore.
Any customer service agents on this forum who can rectify this, because obviously I am not about to continue paying for a service that I have left. Also my understanding is that virgin should send some packaging to my address to put the old equipment in for return
