Leaving & Rejoining Virgin Media causes problems

Previously left virgin. Just rejoined. But as using same email address, all I can see is my old account details online. I can’t track or manage my new package install / info. 

looking on here it seems to be a common issues. Can this be sorted pleased asap as I have no way of accessing any account details / contracts etc for the service I have purchased.

    Welcome back to our services and community forums. Sorry to hear you are having issues with your online account. Generally, the old email may still be linked to the old account. Normally as you have a new account number, you may have to create a new online account with a different email. Do you have an alternative email you can use?

      No, I only have one email account and it needs to be attached to the new account, and removed from the old so I can manage the current package. Thanks

    VM do not anymore give an email service to new connections. So I expect you will not be able to transfer over the old one.
